At On the BRINK of JOY, every item is made to order. Because of this, returns and exchanges are not accepted at this time.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 14 days of delivery and I’ll be happy to help make it right.

To help me review the issue as quickly as possible, please include the following when you contact me:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the problem
• Clear photos of the damaged or defective item

Once I’ve had a chance to review everything, I’ll follow up with the next steps as soon as possible.
