At On the BRINK of JOY, every item is made to order, so I’m not able to accept returns at this time.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 14 days of delivery and I’ll be happy to help make it right.

To help me review the issue as quickly as possible, please include the following when you contact me:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the problem
  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item

Once I’ve had a chance to review everything, I’ll follow up with the next steps as soon as possible.
