At On the BRINK of JOY, each item is made to order. Because of this, returns and exchanges are not accepted at this time.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 14 days of delivery so I can help resolve the issue.
To help speed up the review process, please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging, if applicable
